The master agreement governing your purchase of hardware, professional services, and cloud subscriptions from Oleg Logic Inc.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of oleg-logic.com and your purchase of hardware products, professional services, and software/subscription services from Oleg Logic Inc. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing oleg-logic.com, placing an order, or using any Oleg Logic service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Oleg Logic Inc. sells access control hardware, CCTV systems, alarm systems, intercom solutions, professional services, and cloud-managed software subscriptions as described on our Services page. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products, or update service offerings at any time.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing. Taxes, shipping, and freight charges are additional and shown on the invoice before payment. Oleg Logic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or export control concerns.
Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in a signed written agreement. By providing your payment information, you authorize Oleg Logic Inc. and its payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge the stated amount to the provided payment method. For subscription services, you authorize recurring charges on the applicable billing cycle until you cancel.

Hardware sold by Oleg Logic Inc. is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, which is passed through to the end customer. Oleg Logic warrants its installation labor for ninety (90) days from the date of project completion against defects in workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by: misuse, unauthorized modification, accident, fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or installation performed by parties other than Oleg Logic or a manufacturer-certified installer.
Software and cloud services are provided on an "as available" basis. Oleg Logic does not warrant that cloud services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN SECTION 8, OLEG LOGIC INC. PROVIDES ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
OLEG LOGIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS PRODUCTS WILL PREVENT ALL UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR SECURITY BREACHES. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING APPROPRIATE SECURITY MEASURES FOR THEIR FACILITIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OLEG LOGIC INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
OLEG LOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oleg Logic Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the products in violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Before initiating any formal dispute, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting Oleg Logic at info@oleg-logic.com or +1 (231) 245-3655. Oleg Logic will respond to all dispute inquiries within two (2) business days.
Oleg Logic may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version is always posted at oleg-logic.com/terms. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
