Order processing times, shipping destinations, carriers, costs, and risk of loss for hardware orders.
This policy applies to physical hardware orders placed with Oleg Logic Inc. It does not apply to professional services, software subscriptions, or digital credential products.
In-stock hardware orders are processed within two (2) business days of payment confirmation. Custom-configured or specially-ordered equipment ships per the lead time quoted in writing at time of order, typically two to six (2–6) weeks.
Oleg Logic Inc. ships within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations except by special written arrangement.
Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers depending on size and weight. Tracking information is emailed to the customer once the carrier scans the shipment.
Large items such as turnstiles, barrier arms, and sliding gates ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments may require a liftgate, inside delivery, or residential delivery appointment at additional cost.
