Cancellation terms for hardware orders, service appointments, cloud subscriptions, and maintenance contracts.
This policy governs the cancellation of hardware orders, scheduled service appointments, cloud subscriptions, and service contracts. Please review the applicable section before requesting a cancellation.
Installation, maintenance, and training appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge with at least forty-eight (48) hours' advance notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a trip fee of up to $250 to cover mobilization costs.
Cancel any time before the next billing date through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds for partial months.
See the Refund Policy for refund treatment of annual subscriptions. Cancellation must be requested in writing (email to info@oleg-logic.com) at least ten (10) days before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.
Service contracts may be canceled at the end of any term by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date. Early termination during an active term may require payment of the remaining contract balance, as specified in the signed service agreement.
Oleg Logic reserves the right to cancel an order or terminate a subscription if: (a) payment is not received; (b) the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled; or (c) the customer materially breaches the terms of service. In such cases, Oleg Logic will refund any amounts not yet earned.
