Our policies for hardware returns, professional service refunds, subscription cancellations, and dispute resolution.
This policy governs returns and refunds for all purchases from Oleg Logic Inc. — including hardware products, professional services, and software/cloud subscriptions. Please read each section carefully before requesting a return.
Unused, undamaged hardware in original sealed packaging may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused.
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the item's net price. The fee may be waived if the return is due to a verified Oleg Logic shipping error or a confirmed manufacturer defect within the warranty period.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs except when the return is due to a verified Oleg Logic error or defective product covered under warranty — in those cases Oleg Logic provides a prepaid return label.
If hardware arrives damaged or defective, notify Oleg Logic within five (5) business days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. Oleg Logic will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Approved hardware returns are refunded to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds reflect the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee and minus original shipping charges (non-refundable except in the case of verified Oleg Logic error).
Contact info@oleg-logic.com or +1 (231) 245-3655 within sixty (60) days of the charge. Oleg Logic will investigate and issue a refund within ten (10) business days if an error is confirmed.
Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer, please contact Oleg Logic so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. We respond to all dispute inquiries within two (2) business days. Direct resolution is faster than a card-network dispute, which can take 30–90 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds to expired or closed cards will be issued via ACH, check, or another reasonable method at Oleg Logic's election.
