Cloud Platform & Credential Data

When Oleg Logic manages or hosts a cloud access control subscription on your behalf, we may process:

Credential holder names, employee IDs, and contact information for access card/mobile credential enrollment.
Access event logs — door entries, exit records, and timestamps — associated with individual credentials.
Biometric templates (fingerprint, facial, or palm recognition data) where biometric readers are deployed and the customer has obtained legally required consents.
Mobile credential metadata (device identifiers for Apple Wallet / Google Wallet credentials).

Biometric data notice: If your organization deploys biometric readers, you — as the facility operator — are responsible for providing all legally required notices and obtaining all required consents from credential holders under applicable biometric privacy laws (including Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, and California CCPA/CPRA). Oleg Logic processes biometric templates only on your behalf and pursuant to your instructions.

3. How We Use Your Information

To fulfill orders and provide services — processing payments, shipping hardware, scheduling installations, and managing cloud subscriptions.
To communicate with you — responding to inquiries, sending order confirmations, tracking information, and service updates.
To operate and improve our website — analyzing traffic, diagnosing technical problems, and improving content and user experience.
To comply with legal obligations — responding to lawful government requests, complying with tax and export control laws.
To protect against fraud and abuse — verifying customer identity, detecting suspicious transactions, and screening against restricted-party lists.

Cloud hosting providers — infrastructure for the cloud access control platform (U.S.-based data centers).
