Oleg Logic Inc. sells access control hardware and services intended for commercial use in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws. This page describes the regulatory framework within which Oleg Logic operates and the representations customers make by placing an order.

Domestic Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of access control systems complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Building and fire codes — local construction codes and NFPA life-safety standards (including egress requirements).
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — accessible entry and exit requirements for public accommodations and commercial facilities.
Biometric privacy laws — Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, California CCPA/CPRA where biometric readers are deployed.
Workplace surveillance and monitoring laws — applicable notice and consent requirements under state and local employment law where access logs or biometric data are collected from employees.
Other federal, state, and local requirements — including any licensing, permitting, or inspection requirements for low-voltage systems in the customer's jurisdiction.

U.S. Export Controls

Certain access control products — particularly those incorporating biometric capture, cryptographic functions, or surveillance capabilities — may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (administered by BIS) and sanctions administered by the U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Customer Representations

By placing an order with Oleg Logic Inc., the customer represents and warrants that:

The customer is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kherson regions).
The customer is not listed on the U.S. Treasury SDN list, the U.S. Commerce Denied Persons List, Entity List, Unverified List, or any other U.S. government restricted-party list.
The customer will not export, re-export, or transfer any products purchased from Oleg Logic in violation of U.S. export laws, including for any prohibited end use.

Restricted Use

Oleg Logic products are intended exclusively for commercial access control in lawful facilities. They are not to be used for: mass civilian surveillance without legally required notice and consent; tracking or profiling individuals without a lawful basis; or any application that violates applicable human rights standards.

Age and Authority

All purchases are restricted to customers who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are authorized to bind their organization to the terms of sale.

Right to Refuse Orders

Oleg Logic Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled, including orders that appear to involve a restricted party, prohibited end use, or unlawful destination.
